Designing an E-zine

In our visual media class we have been learning about E-zines and we each created one about a subject of our choice.
I chose to make mine about myself and fashion design so far.
I researched some high fashion magazines to see the layout and what they had advertised on there sites.
For my home page I wanted to make my name the main feature, then the images and ads so I've kept the background a plain colour.
I chose to use pictures of ads to complement the fashion theme such as make-up, bags and accessories. On my photo page I thought it would be cool to advertise a photographer but for now i've just made one up. On the contact info page I chose to advertise the underground competition as this is something I have recently been a part of.

Introducing Me..

My name is Nicola Meehan and I am studing at UCOL in Wanganui. I am studying a Bachelor of Fashion and I am currently in my second year of the three year degree.

I'm loving how we get the chance to create our own designs from start to finish. 

Last year our class designed dresses that were inspired by Alice in Wonderland and below is a photo of my own creaton.
